Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the flightesim.app website and the FlightSIM mobile application, operated by BILPP OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.
1. The service
FlightSIM provides live flight tracking and prepaid mobile data plans for use in 200+ destinations, delivered as eSIM profiles through our mobile application. Flight status is aggregated from public schedule and position data and is provided for convenience only — always confirm gate, boarding and delay information with the airline or airport for anything time-critical. Data plans carry data only and do not include a telephone number. Plan details, prices, data allowances and validity periods are shown in the app before purchase.
2. Device compatibility
Checking that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy a plan is your responsibility. Compatibility information is in our setup guides.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. If an eSIM cannot be installed or activated on a compatible device, contact our support team and we will work to resolve it, including a refund where that is the right outcome.
4. Fair use and network conditions
Data plans are for personal use while traveling. Speed and availability depend on our partner networks and on local conditions at the destination, and service is not guaranteed at all times or in all places. We resell mobile data; we are not a network operator. Flight tracking data is aggregated from public third-party sources and is provided on a best-effort basis; we are not an airline or airport and do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect damages, including any loss caused by a network being unavailable or a flight-status update arriving late.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and disputes will be heard by the Estonian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
